Pankhuree is an Alternative Health Psychologist and women’s health practitioner who integrates trauma-informed counselling, somatic movement, craniosacral therapy, yoga therapy, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: many chronic symptoms cannot be fully understood by looking at the body or mind in isolation.
Her approach was shaped by her own recovery journey after a severe electrical shock left her temporarily paralysed and struggling with symptoms that persisted long after medical reports returned to normal. That experience led her to explore the connection between the nervous system, emotional health, and physical wellbeing more deeply.
Over the last decade, she has worked with 10,000+ women across fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health journeys, including serving as Head of Yoga & Innovation at iMumz, one of India’s leading pregnancy and motherhood platforms.
